Minutes from April 6 were approved.

Mother’s Day Home Tour—Amberley set up a schedule with those in attendance for various duties for the Home Tour.

LUCC Wood Window Workshop—The Board agreed to sponsor one workshop lunch (13 people) for up to $125 and Karla volunteered to see if our past president, Joaquin, would be interested in providing this lunch out of one of his restaurants.

Branding Huning Highlands—Joni Neutra proposed that the Board authorize funds to create a “brand” for our neighborhood, including a logo and masthead that could be used to identify all of the neighborhood publications and flyers.  Amberley added that this logo and masthead would serve to clarify which events were being sponsored by the neighborhood, since the flyers and posters associated with the event would all carry the official logo.  We agreed to try having a contest for neighbors to see who might come up with a satisfactory design.  Joni agreed to prepare the notice for this contest and get it out to interested neighbors.

Block Party—The Board agreed to change the date from August 28 to August 21 to accommodate vacation schedules.  It will start at 5:30 PM and one band has already expressed an interest in donating their services.
