Property updates
- Terry Brown owner of 509-511 High St. gave brief description of the four town houses that he plans to construct. Plans were available for the meeting to review and comment on.
- Vince Degregory, owner of the Standard Diner, reported on the plans to renovate the entire Arno block. Future of project hinges on the Storehouse agreeing to sell property. There have been recent discussions between a film company and the property owners to construct producer offices in this space, but not yet a done deal.
- David Boyd, owner of Holy Cow reported on the status of 119 High St. Difficult to move forward with project as funds are low, but plan is to restore the back house on the property and demolish the front house and replace with two free standing units. More updates to come.
- 412 Lead Ave is ready to begin construction on a single family home.
Lending Library—A lending library may be installed at the filling station. Bonnie wonders who will maintain it…
Innovate ABQ—Innovate ABQ invited community members to the Lobo Rainforest event, July 12 at 9am at the old Baptist church at Broadway and Central. This is the first phase of the innovate project.
